Virgin Mobile in partnership with Cartel Urbano magazine - Bogota, developed the campaign for mobile mediums #lapintoyselacoloreo, which through eight artistic interventions in different points of the country, sought to publicize the new telephone service offered by the multinational.
For the development of the public interventions, were contracted sixteen (16) outstanding Colombian artists, who employing their graph and concept were in charge of bringing life to this advertising campaign.
Geometry and fragmentation is a piece of public art that represents through graphic narrative, the human relationships with the current global communication media. The color palette, the aesthetic of the forms, and the stereotypes present in the artistic proposal were strongly influenced by communication mediums and “Geek culture”.
